Kind of disappointing.. I went to renew my license + my picture. However the staff told me that I can only renew licence n not the picture.. the pic old already n yet I need to use that one forever? Duhh.. I know nowadays it has a digital.. but for me, it totally waste of time n so disappointed when need to scan at specific place to take a number, n have a long queue but end up I need to see my old pic?? (Idk maybe the problem was the staff due to lazy? suggest: make a feature for appointment)

The absence of multilingual selections, including Chinese, English, and Tamil, in the current system is a significant oversight. It would be beneficial to take inspiration from Singapore's approach. Despite Malay being the official language there, they effectively incorporate multiple languages in their applications, forms, and advertising. This practice not only demonstrates respect for linguistic diversity but also actively supports it. True respect for every race in a country with action
